4. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes, don't overdry. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then cut into square pieces.

And Making It Happen

First grease the pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). We will need it soon, the recipe is easy and takes little time to cook.

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Add chocolate...

...and let it melt constantly stirring.

Add cocoa powder and stir well.

OMG!!! It looks like chocoholics' dream! Mmmm!

No, no, no! Don't eat it all at once with the spoon you are stirring it! Cool down your chocolate appetite a bit and let the mixture do the same.

Meanwhile, switch to preparing eggs and sugar mixture.

Ready? Pour the eggs into the chocolate mixture. It should not be too hot by now.

Then fold in the flour.

Pour the batter into the form and put into the oven for 30-40.

Yes! It's time for chocoholics delight now! Cut it into pieces, choose your serving suggestion if you like and enjoy yourselves.

Bon Appetite!

Chocolate Brownie Recipe F.A.Q.

What kind of chocolate should I use for the brownies?

I prefer to use 70% cocoa chocolate, however, if you replace those with 50-55% cocoa or milk chocolate it still will be fine.

How to make gluten-free brownies?

Just exclude the flour, add 1 more egg and 1/4 cup more cocoa powder.

What would you recommend as a serving suggestion?

I prefer cold milk or ice-cream. It's just like black and white classic - never out of date! Another option is to try Bertha Palmers' style - with dried apricots and walnuts.
